Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla or nutmeg
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk or half and half
pinch of salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes with all 6 ingredients.
Mix well with electric mixer.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until golden and puffy.
Can also add coconut, if desired.
