Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli, cauliflower or spinach
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    6 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Lightly saute garlic, onion and broccoli.
    Meanwhile, mix eggs, milk and cheese, then add seasonings.
    Mix in veggies and pour into an oiled casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
