Um Bido (Greens And Peanuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach or 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. coarsely ground peanuts
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach in enough boiling water to cover.
    Frozen spinach should be cooked in 1/2 cup water or less.
    Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle in peanuts and stir well.
    Continue cooking over medium heat for about 30 minutes, adding more water if necessary to prevent burning.
    Just before serving, drain and mix in butter, salt and pepper.
    Yields 6 servings.
