Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
    4 1/2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    3 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    7 tsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 lb. ham
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place 1-inch of water in large pan.
    Add potatoes, onion, parsley and 2 teaspoons salt.
    Bring to boil, covered.
    Cook just until slightly tender, about 5 minutes from time of boil.
    Drain.
