Parm-A-Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. wheat germ
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce.
    Mix lightly.
    In a 10 x 6-inch baking dish, shape into a loaf.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Spread on sauce.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
    Sprinkle on additional cheese.
