Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast beef (chuck)
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 large onion, sliced
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in greased skillet after dredging with flour, salt and pepper.
    Place browned meat in pot for oven.
    Top with onion slices and 1 tablespoon catsup.
    Bake 1/2 hour covered.
    Take onion off and, after turning, replace onion on top.
    Put other tablespoon catsup on top.
    Cover with lid or foil.
    Cook until tender at 300\u00b0, turning often.
