Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. salad oil
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

About 20 minutes before serving:
In 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat, in hot oil, stir all ingredients until well mixed.
Cover pan and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
(Vegetables will be crisp.)
Makes 4 servings.
