Overnight Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening (can use 1 stick margarine)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix late in afternoon.
    Knead down throughout the evening. Mold into rolls before going to bed.
    Cover well.
    Let rise overnight.
    Bake in the morning at 375\u00b0 until done.
