Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. oats
2 c. soy flour
1 c. whole wheat flour or wheat germ
1/2 c. coconut, shredded
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil mixed with 1 c. boiling water
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Blend liquid ingredients.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Crumble and bake on cookie sheets at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Lower to 200\u00b0 and bake until dry and golden brown.
Stir occasionally.
Keeps well stored in covered jars.
