Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. garlic cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
    2 egg yolks, beaten stiff
    cracker or dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook grits, butter and cheese in salted water until well done. Add egg yolks.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
