Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    24 large mushroom caps
Preparation
    Combine sausage, bread crumbs and egg; mix thoroughly.
    Fill each mushroom cap with mixture.
    Put on a buttered broiler pan and broil about 6 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until sizzling.
