Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

meat stock, degreased
1 large cabbage, chopped
2 medium turnips, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
Preparation

Put all vegetables in soup pot.
Cover with stock (also may use water or half water and half stock).
Cover and cook for 1/2 hour to 2 1/2 hours, depends on how done you like your vegetables.
