Chocolate Caramel Cake - cooking recipe

1 German Chocolate cake mix
water, oil and eggs as called for on cake mix directions
17 oz. jar of caramel topping
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. toffee chips or bits
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake cake as directed in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool for 15 minutes.
