Oven-Fried Picnic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 1/2 c. crushed cheese flavored crackers
    1/2 c. finely chopped dry roasted peanuts
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Rinse chicken pieces; pat dry with paper towels.
    Set aside. In small bowl stir together crackers, peanuts and paprika.
    Spread mixture on sheet of waxed paper.
    In another bowl combine the egg and milk.
    Dip each chicken piece in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture to coat thoroughly.
    Arrange chicken, skin side up, in baking dish.
    Do not let them touch.
    Bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until tender.
    Do not turn.
    Cool on paper towels.
