Lo-Cal Chicken Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans Mexican style tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 oz. Monterey Jack, Swiss or Mozzarella, grated
    1 small can whole green chilies
Preparation
    Coat chicken in flour and saute in oil until light brown.
    Add a little water or chicken broth and simmer until done.
    In another pan, simmer onion and garlic with tomatoes until onion is soft and tomatoes start to thicken.
