Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 grated onion
    1/2 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 grated carrot
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Put 1/4 package of stuffing mix in baking dish.
    Mix squash, carrots, onion, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and part oleo. Pour this over stuffing.
    Put 1/4 stuffing mix on top.
    Dot with oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
