Broccoli-Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Saute broccoli and onion in margarine.
    Add soups, milk, rice and half of cheese and mix together.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour uncovered.
    Serves 4 to 6.
