Hot Chili Spread(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cans chopped green chilies
    5 eggs
    5 Tbsp. milk
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Drain chopped chilies thoroughly.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread chilies evenly on the bottom.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over the chilies.
    Mix together the eggs and milk.
    Pour over top.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until mixture appears solid.
    Spread with a knife on Ritz crackers.
