Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 1/2 c. cold milk
    2 c. thawed Cool Whip
Preparation
    Slice banana into pie shell.
    Prepare pie filling mix as directed on box, using 2 1/2 cups milk.
    Fold in 1/2 cup of Cool Whip and pour over banana in shell.
    Chill at least 3 hours.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip; garnish with banana slices and mint, if desired.
