Lomi Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salted salmon (Suisan Fishmarket sells blocks of salmon already deboned)
    4 lb. firm tomatoes
    2 large round onions
    2 large bunches green onions
Preparation
    Remove any bones or skin.
    Finely chop or shred the salted salmon.
    Place in a colander and rinse under cold tap water for approximately 10 minutes or until most of the salt is removed. Allow the salted salmon to drain.
