Boston Cream Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white sugar
    1 c. white syrup
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all of above ingredients in a heavy, large pan.
    Cook until it reaches the soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat; beat until cool.
    Pour into a greased with oleo 9 x 14-inch pan.
    Cut into squares.
