Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chopped onion
butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
1 c. chicken broth
corn tortillas
1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown onion in butter; add soups, broth, Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken.
Mix well.
