Sweet Potato Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
2 1/2 c. vegetable or chicken stock
1 c. milk
1 lb. frozen bag broccoli, corn and red peppers
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped scallions
dash of hot sauce
Preparation

Pure yams, stock and milk in blender.
Heat mixture in large saucepan.
When hot, add remaining ingredients and stir well.
