Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 large cukes, sliced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and let stand 1 hour and drain.
    Mix 1 cup vinegar, 2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons mustard seed, and 2 tablespoons celery seed.
    Boil 1 minute then cool to warm and pour over pickles.
    Keeps in refrigerator for weeks.
