Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Place flour in a mixing bowl.
    Cut in shortening with a fork. Add salt, vinegar, egg and water.
    Mix well.
    Self-rising flour can be used; omit salt.
    Makes 4 or 5 pie crusts.
