Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cubed
    3 c. celery, chopped
    3 large onions, minced
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    4 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat cooker.
    Add butter.
    Lightly brown onion and garlic. Blend in flour.
    Add water gradually.
    Add potatoes, celery and salt.
    Cook 25 minutes (until potatoes are tender).
    Add hot milk just before serving.
