Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. prunes, cooked, seeded and cut up
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend sugar and Wesson oil.
    Add eggs, milk and dry ingredients alternately.
    Add vanilla, nuts and prunes.
    Bake in an ungreased pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Leave in pan.
    While hot, pour on icing, without beating the icing.
