Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 small Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 clove garlic, chopped very fine
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese.
    Add nuts and garlic.
    Roll in 2 long rolls.
    Mix paprika (2 to 3 tablespoons) and chili powder (3 tablespoons).
    Sprinkle on wax paper.
    Roll cheese balls in mixture, wrap and chill.
    Slice and place on Ritz crackers or corn chips.
    Place sliced olives on top.
