Hummingbird Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 to 3 ripe sliced bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1/2 c. coconut
maraschino cherries
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Combine lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk.
Stir until mixture thickens.
Place sliced bananas in bottom of pie crust. Spread milk and lemon juice mixture evenly over bananas.
Drain pineapple some, but not dry.
Spread pineapple and 1/4 cup pecans over banana-milk layers.
Spread whipped topping evenly over the top.
Garnish with remaining pecans, coconut and cherries.
If desired, also garnish top with grated chocolate or chocolate curls.
