Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crab
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. mayo
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
    soft bread crumbs (about 1 slice)
Preparation
    First pick out any shells. Mix all ingredients and make into patties.
    Fry in hot oil, just a few minutes until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Enjoy!
