Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. 10x sugar
    1 c. chocolate frosting
    3 c. milk
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    1 box graham crackers
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk. Add 10x sugar. Add Cool Whip and continue to mix until blended.
    Layer crackers with 1/2 of the pudding, crackers, pudding and ending with crackers in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Top with chocolate icing, Pillsbury or Duncan Hines. May also use instant chocolate pudding.
    I microwave frosting for about 20 seconds for easier spreading.
    Stir well before spreading.
    This dessert can be made ahead.
    Makes 16 to 18 servings.
