Arroz Tapado A La Peruana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt to taste
    2 c. rice
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. ground meat
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, ground
    3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 small tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan and brown 1/2 the garlic with a little salt.
    Add water.
    When water boils, add rice.
    Cook slowly. Saute onion, remaining garlic and meat in shortening.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    When meat is browned, add raisins, eggs and parsley.
