Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/2 c. rhubarb (frozen)
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick oleo
premade or self made crust (top and bottom)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Thaw out rhubarb (squeeze out juice). Mix sugar and flour together.
Mix rhubarb into flour-sugar mixture.
Poke holes in bottom crust with fork.
Put mixture into crust.
Slice butter and put pats on top of pie filling.
Put top crust on and put steam holes in it.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Turn down oven to 350\u00b0 and cook 1 hour.
