Popcorn Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    8 oz. peanuts (unsalted)
    16 c. popcorn (unbuttered and unsalted)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. M&M's
Preparation
    In large Dutch oven, melt oil, butter or margarine, marshmallows and caramels over low heat. Stir often. When melted and smooth, let cool 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring while cooling. Stir in 1/2 popcorn. Add candy and peanuts, then remaining popcorn. Stir until well mixed. Pack mixture into well oiled 11 x 15-inch pan. Let cool 2 to 3 hours. Cut bars. Makes 36 medium bars.
