Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak
    1 can onion soup
    1 c. catsup
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in oil.
    Place in saucepan. Add onion, water, soup and catsup. Simmer on low for 45 minutes or until steak is tender. Add bell pepper 15 minutes before removing from heat. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
