Party Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. softened cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1 cap mint flavoring
    food coloring (2 or 3 drops depending on shade desired)
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding sugar slowly.
    Mold in mint molds. Yield:
    Approximately 60 to 75 mints depending on mold size.
