Savory Focaccia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 pkg. regular dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    cornmeal
    olive oil
    2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups of the flour, onions, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon rosemary, salt, pepper and yeast in a large bowl.
    Add warm water. Beat on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl frequently. Stir in enough of the remaining flour, one cup at a time, to make dough easy to handle.
