Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed (do not drain)
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 strips crisp bacon
    6 slices toast, crumbled up
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crusty.
    Serve with chicken, turkey or pork.
