Country Brunch(Strata) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread, cubed
    2 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place half of the bread cubes in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Put half of sausage on top, followed by half of cheese. Repeat layers.
    Beat eggs with milk and seasonings.
    Pour over layers, cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
