Floothy Peach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    6 peaches
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mash peaches in food processor or by hand.
    Beat peaches into the egg whites; put into sherbet glasses.
    Chill.
    Yield: 6 servings.
    Carbohydrate 8 g, protein 3 g, fat .1 g, calories 40.
    One serving = 1 fruit exchange.
