Cheese Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter/margarine
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
7 medium tart firm apples
6 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt; cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.
Mix in grated cheese; set aside.
Combine water and lemon juice.
Pour over apples and place in lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle dry ingredients over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
