Leafy Green Salad With Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive or salad oil
    juice of 1 lemon or 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon
    1 clove garlic, halved
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 medium head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 medium head romaine
    1 c. croutons
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving, combine in a glass salad bowl the olive or salad oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper.
    Cover bowl and let stand 50 minutes.
    Discard garlic.
