Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cold water
1 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Heat pineapple and sugar to boiling, then add jello.
Remove from heat and stir well.
Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until partially set.
Add cheese, nuts and Cool Whip.
Mix well and refrigerate until set.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
