American Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 cans cream of tomato soup
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt to taste
    butter
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    In a large skillet, brown the meat and onion in butter.
    Add cooked macaroni to browned meat and onion along with tomato soup and sauce.
    Allow this mixture to simmer a while to improve flavor.
