Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation

In a small saucepan, mix together all ingredients, except pork, stirring over medium heat until thickened.
Set aside. Place roast in shallow baking dish.
Roast at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Spoon on 1/2 cup of glaze.
Roast 45 minutes more, or until meat thermometer reaches 160\u00b0.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Slice and serve with remaining sauce.
