Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large mushrooms, clean and stem (reserve stems)
    1 lb. sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Clean and stem mushrooms.
    Reserve stems.
    Saute sausage, onion and garlic.
    Add chopped mushroom stems.
    Let cool a little before adding cream cheese.
    Let cool completely.
    Spoon sausage mixture into the mushroom caps.
    Place on microwave-safe plate and place in microwave oven.
    Heat until thoroughly heated.
