Rice-Veggie-Shrimp Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. pkg. yellow rice (cooked according to directions)
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 med. or lg. onion, diced
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, diced
    1 c. carrots (cut up very small)
    2 cloves fresh garlic, diced
    1 pkg. frozen corn
    1 lb. fresh shrimp
Preparation
    While yellow rice is cooking: saute all other ingredients in olive oil.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over them.
    Combine all ingredients for a healthy, hardy meal.
