Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Break eggs into bowl.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Beat with a fork.
    Put butter or margarine into a 6-inch skillet.
    Put skillet on burner.
    Turn burner to medium-low heat.
    Cook about 1 minute without stirring.
    Stir eggs with spoon.
    Cook just until eggs are dry, stirring a few times.
    Do not stir too much or eggs will be mushy.
    Spoon eggs onto plates.
    Season with salt and pepper.
