Tallarina - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
2 cans cream-style corn
1/2 pkg. wide noodles
2 pkg. Old English slice Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and drain off excess fat.
Chop onions and bell pepper; saute until tender.
Cut up tomatoes and chilies; add to meat.
Add onion, pepper and creamed corn.
Simmer on low heat. Boil and drain noodles; add to meat mixture.
In a casserole dish, layer meat mixture, cheese slices, etc., ending with cheese on top.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Serves 6 to 8.
Can freeze leftovers.
