Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. fat
    2 1/2 lb. lean (1-inch) beef cubes
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat, then add onion and brown.
    Add all other ingredients; stir well.
    Then simmer until tender, about 2 hours. Thicken, if desired, and serve on fine noodles.
